The exchange service operates around the clock seven days a week.
Support service opening hours are daily from 7-00 to 22-00 Moscow time.
During the non-working hours of the support service, we leave only the directions of the automatic exchange. If you encounter any problems outside of the support service hours, they will be resolved within the first business hour.
